So I met this beautiful girl at a bar this Saturday and out of all of the other girls I # closed that night she is the one who I am the most interested in. I sent her a text the same night about a hour or so after we parted ways that said "I made it home safe, so you can stop worrying". I didnt get a response back until the morning and the convo went like this (looong pauses between replies):

HB 8:00AM: Thanks for coming out! It was fun! XO

HB 8:03AM: This is _______ right? Just realized it was from a different number

Me 12:08PM: No this is _______ the ________ gentlemen haha. (I made a word play off her friends name but idk if I should put any personal info in here)

HB 1:50PM: Haha! Glad you made it home safely!

Me 3:19PM: So when are you going to take me out?

HB 10:08PM: I might be free for (local event) on Thursday. Hope you had a nice day!

Me 10:14PM: Whata coincidence, my business in having a party for (local event) and I needed a cute date.

Then that was it, no response from her. So my first question is; how well did I play the text game? How can I improve for future encounters?

And my second question is; how should I proceed from here? Should I try calling her tomorrow to build some comfort between us? Or should I wait until Wednesday to confirm the plans? Or??????

Your timing for setting up dates is terrible.

If a girl is not responding to your text quickly, it means, you just have to shoot the shit with her for awhile until she starts to respond right away. This can take weeks or months. Purpose of it is to stay in touch while building little life style comfort to shoot for day 2.

Also, as a guy, you have to lead. "When are you gonna take me out" is a terrible thing to say to a women you just met.

So how should the timing be? I've been doing great with my bar game but I don't know what I am doing after I pull the number and have a girl interested.

Should I be calling/texting her every other day to get short convos going? I have heard more conflicting information on this part of PU, its ridiculous.

To be honest with you, I have not read stuff on texting women, but there is guides out there specific to it. Everything I know, I just learned from experimenting.

-Timing needs to be random, or at least make it seem random. I would not suggest texting every day. Mix it up. Maybe you text her 3 days in a row, then you wait about 2 days until you text her, etc...

-The time you take respond to her text also should be random. Mirror her timing if you can, but make it random also. Sometimes, you respond right away, somethings you take an hour, etc...

-If a girl is really into you, and she is always texting you right away, or she maybe busy like at work and she is still texting you (when she is at work, depending on what she does, there will be delay and you will not get text right away) this is a good indicator that day 2 is easily can be set up.


-Setting up day 2's. I do this with "Life Style Comfort" She will know what I do for fun from interaction with me. I "casually" bring it up. Girls will generally ask me to take them there next time I go without me even bringing it up. Easy day 2 set up. Day 2 gets really easy to set up if you solid life. I go surfing, snowboarding, dirt bike riding, and also Jet skies. I have taken Day 2's to all of them so far except dirt bike riding.


To improve overall game, take up hobbies that you like to do for fun, and you can bring girls to. This will make setting up day 2's a lot easier, rather then taking girls to dinners or clubs which a lot of guys do on dates. I am taking a girl surfing, while others guys are taking her where she has been with guys shit load of times. And believe me, I have taken girls from tall good looking guys just because of my lifestyle.


Also, if a girl is texting right away, is ok to text her right away and just have an hour conversation going. I find best timing for this is sunday evening. But overall, keep in mind, best time to ask a girl out is if she is responding to you right away. Also, lead, don't have her take you out. Bring her into your life.

Honestly you didnt do too bad. I think you can see where the others are coming from too. You were just pushing a little hard trying to force something, we've all done it before. Sometimes you just have to sit back and go through their shit tests and mind games before they start to realise your a solid guy with game.
