Okay so I keep hearing this get her number and wait 3 days before contacting her so you don't sound needy...I disagree, in fact I would argue that waiting to contact can be a slow death to what may have been a promising pick up.


I for one normally text no later that the next day and in many many cases I will text an hour or two after the pick up.

Now the mechanics:

Without emotional connection it takes roughly 50% of the event time to reach a mental Appraisement of no importance. So if you have an interaction with a store clerk for 5 minutes on average that clerk will hold a raise awareness in your mental state for about two and a half minutes, if you meet a girl and talk to her for 20 min you should hold a raised awareness for about 10 minutes, when emotional state is altered by the interaction; that time is extended varying on the chemical deviation of emotional state(or change in brain chemistry.) "Game" is nothing more than a process in positively changing brain chemistry. Now, all that mumbo jumbo aside, we want to stack our interactions causing a spike in her mental awareness of you and occupying more of her time (on a psychological level) in turn keeping your "value" high.


Now that doesn't mean blow up her phone constantly or text every day but I'll get into that at a later date.

I agree that 3 day rule is over inflated, especially for a girl that might have several other guys hit on her during those 3 days in which she completely forgets about you! That's surely no way to build anticipation.

The 3 day rule is probably for someone who has a problem with appearing too needy. Perhaps it's a rule for intermediate PUAs.

I'm not one to draw black and white lines in how attraction and social interaction work and I think anyone who does, doesn't really know what they're talking about (much like the people at PUA training) however in my experience, in the hundreds of interactions I've had over the years as well as my studies in psychology this is what has worked best for me and for the people I've sarged with, again do what works best for you, what works with your game, in your couture and on the girls your gaming....however that video was pretty crap imo.

Most "Pua Rules" are extremely retarded and many times counter productive. The 3 day rule falls into both of those categories.

"Rules" are created because it makes sense to "somebody". Figure out why it makes sense to 'who' and you'll be all set.

3 day rule = It makes sense, not by design but by schedule, that a high value, busy fucking professional guy contacts his chicks on the 3rd day. He goes out on a Friday or Saturday night. Obviously, the weekends are out and Monday is a FUCKING BUSY WORKING DAY. So you contact the girl on a Tuesday. Chicks do not count days this way but they know the schedule. They don't know why or how but they know that BUSY FUCKING alpha professional guys have a tendency to call back on a Tuesday or Wednesday.

Set that all aside and do as you please. If you're a professional PUA and all you do is pick up, then go ahead and call the girls back as soon as you get the number. If you live with your mommy and you found your first number, then call back as soon as you can. If you're a researcher with a busy schedule, then call her back when your problem sets are done . . . could be weeks. These rules aren't made by statistical research. These rules are made by a bunch of lounge lizards who tried a few things or another. There is a reason why the 3 day rule 'works' and it has nothing to do with what chicks have to say about it.

3 days is kinda long and she may tend to forget you but it's okay she'll be curious enough to check you out and keep wondering who you are and probably might remember you..

But i prefer to wait until 2 days to call her and just tell her ive been BUSY Etc.

If she doesn't picks up your call always assume every HB has a caller ID.. if you call back repeatedly she'll think you're a stalker and you my friend aint getting any.
