I think you just need to know what you want,, and let her know why you are even contacting her in the first place. Whether you call or text doesnt matter as long as things are clear between you two. This is why genuine qualification is important before a number close. If she makes such a big deal about it despite things being clear such as playing hard to get then its on her. I usually dont play into that bs and have fun with those who know how to interact.

Basically what i do is text/call, fun teasing Leading on to set date up. If shes being difficult i lose interest, say goodbye. Wait few days weeks rinse repeat, if she keeps being difficult on 3rd or 4th try drop her.

I dont really believe in giving all these DHV stories though. I just talk to girls for a while with strong body language, eye contact, and I tease them a bit if i can. Also i try to add as much kino as possible. I dont know if these are good ideas but thats what i basically do.
