I usually end up talking about standard, boring life things or run out of topics and almost never successfully close, even though I often get decent IOIs at the start. I assume it's mostly because she views me as too boring and either sees no reason interact with me any further or sees me as a potentially "good friend".

Is there a decent list of topics to address/things to say in general out there? What other ways are there to improve my mid-game?

Chicks will allow or make a conversation boring and then blame it on you. Just right now things as they happen in everyday life and study it from time to time. I can open pretty easy, have a good text game, but I show up on dates as a different person. i learned the hard way and that was allowing them to run a conversation and fell into the same boring shit. I then was just another nice guy and seldom got second dates.

I started pushing the envelope on topics. As one guy mentioned,turn up the sex talk and say the story happened to a friend and ask her advice on it.
