Depending on the girl around you try saying something that might relate to her. Example: HB nearby

Face her general direction and say something like, "You're a beautiful girl just smile and keep moving" or "I grew up with you I think I know you pretty well"
Loud enough to be heard if shes not directly facing you she will probably open you or if she is try focusing on something right behind her as you say it.
When she starts responding smile and laugh and tell her you're actually on the phone with your sister or cousin or something. Her response to the initial engagement shouldn't matter. then you can break into conversation by asking her opinion on a situation that you were just "talking about" on the phone

with an opener then use the bluetooth
as an excuse. I don't think this can be used
as a prolonged interaction afterwards, but I reckon this
would be a great way for newbies to
go out and start talking to girls to
help them ease into getting to
talk to attractive girls. Even just walking
past them and saying "...Trust me, no
matter what others say, your ass
does not look fat in
those pants..."
The chick will be

and you can use the bluetooth as your
