Im not being mean or anything but I think you should look good too. I mean like the top PUAs arent super attractive and I commend them for it but if you arent gonna put in the time to take a shower and put on some deodorant and get some good clothing, at least for me, you are insulting the girl by approaching.

At least from my perspective... because if I get rejected with a disgusted look or any of that, The only time I feel comfortable is if I am dressed up and looking good when I do it. Thoughts?

Totally agree. Your conversation skills are extremely important when it comes to PUA, but your appearance should never be disregarded.

A lot of people in this community think that by learning a couple of routines, they'll be able to seduce any woman. They go out there, fail miserably, and then come to this forum asking a million questions about why their approach, or system, or game didn't work.

People should remember that in order to be successful with women, they need to take into consideration every single aspect about who they are. I'm not saying that if you're not the most attractive guy in the world, you should get plastic surgery and change yourself (this is totally unnecessary by the way). But trust me, putting a little effort into looking good, can make a BIG difference.
