and what is worrying me right now is that this is turning into a bad new habit I am consistently running into. It feels as though all the good hard work I did between December and May is turning to waste and that I am lacking even approach motivation. For example, I saw a very attractive blonde girl in a small town near me and thought "this is the sort of HB that I want to approach" but something in me could not motivate to even make an indirect opener. This is the sort of sticking point that is affecting me again at the moment. I just want to know how to get that confidence back.
Granted, I lack match practice and have not been sarging as much in the summer time but what is the best way to avoid getting in to a rut? It is all very well saying to just go out there and practice but when a lack of approach motivation mixed with depression is there, it can make something like that easier said than done.
