The witty comment about the leotard in your opener was good. But you should have worded the message somewhat like this, to sound less creepy: "Hey I glanced out my window and saw you dancing. Made me laugh. I think i'll go purchase a leotard and join you next time" This way it sounds like you were just chilling at your house and happened to look out the window while she was dancing, and you acknowledged that you saw her, but it doesn't make it sound like you were staring at her the whole time.

i havent read all the responses, but i can tell you where she`s coming from. why the hell do you need to do the most indirect approach available to talk to her, when she is just living nextdoor and prob can hear/see each other alot. thats damn creepy. especially the indirect comment, coz she damn well knows what u up to. you are better of knocking at her door and saying get up here, i wanna show u something.
overall, have the balls to talk like a real man to her, coz shes had enough of this bullshit that she sees through.
