What do you guys usually talk about with the girl on first date? Do you have a certain routine? I want to hear your tips on first dates and what you do to be successful on them.

Get the ball rolling with an ice breaker. Get them to talk about themselves as much as possible and genuinely listen.
Don't give too much about your self away, keep some things held back to have an air of mystery consider these secrets things that they have to earn the right to hear.
