I've fancied the same girl for 4 years. I've always been the nice guy, however I changed my game about 4 months ago and everything changed and she liked me. When I told her I liked her she told me to come over hers that week to try things between us. The next day, I said, so when are you free? She told me she just wanted to be friends. I've liked her since then but still remained offish.

She still flirts with me, however it's usually me who starts the conversation. I should probably add we only speak by text really even though she's in my school. Recently I've noticed she flirts with my friend, and it really pisses me off. I'm going to a party tonight, and she will be there. Is there anything I should say?

I agree with traveller, oneitis really sucks. I liked this girl for a year (back in college), she had a boyfriend and I didn't want anything to do with her. Even when you don't want anything its very difficult to get over it.
