Hey peoples, i'm still fairly new to pick up and am at the stage of approaching women on the street and in malls etc. The main opener I am using at the moment is "I am thinking about gettting a tattoo on my neck tomorrow, just wondering if girls think they are hot or not" This one seems to get them talking most of the time, however I am wondering what other openers people are generally using to pick up women during the day?

Try it out and write a field report. I always find that if I set myself an objective before the approach, I don't lose track of the prize (e.g. number close). why not ask for a recommendation for a good coffeehouse? at least then you're in the ballpark of inviting her along for a coffee if she can think of one.

There was a girl on campus I'm assuming in an art class- she was painting oustide at a random spot I went up and told her something among the lines of "that looks like shit". I wouldn't call it a GOOD opener, but it got her talking lol.

first off approaching a woman in the mall and telling her your thinking about getting a tattoo is just bizarre. Why should you need their advice about a tattoo? Next time look for a girl you can approach like a normal person

Ex: girl is carrying way to many things and they might fall. help her
Ex: girl is holding a bunch of painting supplies. You can approach and ask what she paints.
Ex: Girl is walking dog. ask her about her dog.

Instead of getting a girl to be interested in something your doing like the tattoo bit you use, approach them in a way in which your actually helping them or wanting to learn about them. If you do that you wont seem like some weird dude getting a neck tattoo tomorrow. Im sorry but that approach is a little funny.

It's actually been working alright for me and I haven't had any weird reactions yet. Most girls I've noticed don't really need my help with anything or are ever walking their dog so it would be pretty difficult to use those openers, but i'll give it a try anything is worth a shot

Using that opener should just be a social freedom exercise for you because its an unusual question to ask a total stranger. When you've build your confidence try more direct openers I'd give you some of mine but day game isn't my forte.

It's only bizarre if you think it's bizarre. I see this argument all too often from those opposed to indirect game. The reason they believe these kinds of openers will fail is because, well, they believe it will fail. If you're genuine in your approach, most women will respond positively to this kind of opener, day or night. I like it. If she says no (which she likely will) it gives you a chance to roll out the disqualifiers (i.e., "you're too much of a nice girl for me") and qualifiers ("So I take it you're not the adventurous type?"). If she says yes, then you know she is more venturesome. But you can still tease her. ("So you're saying I should get it. Is that really wise advice? What if I ever have another important job interview?")

yeah i've then been asking if they would get one themselves and then saying how about they get one on their neck first and if I like it i'll get one too lol

for day game i wouldn't be the best to ask because i hate shopping and in my city it takes a lot of walking to find someone who is decently attractive! being direct can be asking for her phone number straight up, anything thats stating your intentions. One pua on this forum that in my opinion has true day game is Gigsaw, you should check out his posts you will learn a lot.
