Okay so I'm reaching out to all you guys here. I want to really handle my approaching and anxiety around it. The only around it is to do lots of approaches i guess. But what i need is missions. Starting off small
And progressively getting harder to increase my skillset in approaching. Im getting bored of asking girls for the time basically!

Most Books, posts that i have read and from experience, say there is no way to get rid of anxiety 100%. But to greatly reduce it is the goal,

most recommend going out and doing the most rediculous approaches,

or try to fail 5 times with a kiss close, it does not count as a fail if you get denied but only if you get harshly denied (slapped, drink in face and so on)

Another one i heard that i thought was funny was try to convince a homeless person to give you a quarter

For me though i decided to just go out and only do openers. After I opened i simply left, which put no pressure on me, but builded up my confidence.

Go to women's clothing stores during the hours of low traffic and talk to the women who work there. You can ask for advice on a gift you want to buy for a friend's birthday.
