What’s up fellas. First off, my credentials. I've spent the last 7 years sarging in clubs, and the last 5 years learning stuff from all the PUA masters, like Mystery, Strauss, DeAngelo, Cajun, and Tyler Durden. What I post is sum of all my experiences from trial and error and stuff I've learned from the masters which has helped me.

TRUTH: Here's the secret of being a successful PUA
First off, there is nothing you're going to learn in a book, DVD, or forum that's going to turn you into a great PUA.
The truth is way too many guys are PUA information junkies, looking for that piece of information that's going to transform them.
Fellas, game is EXACTLY like playing a sport. While studying can help, the overwhelming majority of your time should be spend on the court. Period.

Do you think Michael Jordan became great by watching basketball DVDs all day?
Do you think PUAs who've laid hundreds of girls did it by sitting in front of a computer all day?

Most guys have this illusion in their head, that true mastery means being able to walk into any club, and pick up any girl. They watch James Bond movies, or TV shows where the main character can walk up to any girl, anywhere, and close.

They hear stories from master PUAs about how they got 20 phone numbers in one night.
In the average guys mind, they think masters have a 90% close rate.

Not even close. Here's the truth fellas. The secret if you will: BOTTOMLINE: This is a numbers game. The more you open, the more you'll close. Period.

What rarely gets mentioned is that in order to get 20 numbers, the PUA approached 100 girls that night.
Even the best PUAs of all time have a very high failure rate, even after they become "masters."

Think of it in term of this:
- How does an AFC's Friday night out usually unfold? He arrives at the club, goes to the bar and buys a drink. He talks with his boys and scans the club all night. He waits around for the perfect opportunity to approach. AA gets the best of him. Because he doesn't approach, he never gets in state. Maybe over 4 hours, he does 2 approaches. He repeats the process Saturday night. Over the weekend, if he's lucky he gets 1 or 2 numbers, or maybe none at all.

- A true PUA goes out, and does 4-5 approaches per hour. He doesn't waste time. In 4 hours, he does 20 approaches. Doing multiple approaches helps get him in state, and he gets better and better with each approach. Over Friday and Saturday, he does 40 approaches, and gets 10-15 numbers.

Keep in mind, no matter who you are, a certain % of your numbers will flake, period. I've had amazing number closes, where I made out with a girl all night, or had amazing conversations with chicks, and they flake when I call them. Maybe she has a boyfriend, maybe she's just flake, maybe her grandmother got hit by a bus, who knows, and who cares. Don't take it personal, it's just a part of the game.

So back to the PUA with the 15 numbers, say half of his numbers flake, and he gets a date with 7 of his number closes. Out of those 7, he may F close 2-3 of them.

If he does this every weekend, then over 1 month he'll have F closed between 8-12 girls. Keep in mind, he had to approach 160 girls to close 8-12 girls.

90% of PUAs don't close 8-12 girls per month.
How many of your friends are closing over 10 new girls per month?

And that my friends.... is the secret. It's all a simple numbers game.

Even if your game sucks, approach enough and you will close.

And guys, if your game sucks, the absolute best way to get better in the shortest amount of time, is to get out from behind the computer, and approach over and over again.

Your game will improve naturally, and you'll begin to learn what works best for you.

I know it sounds difficult. However, game is supposed to be difficult. If it were easy, everyone would be closing 20 girls per day. The sooner you come to grips with this fact, the more likely you are to become a winner at the game.

Most guys want the game to be easy. They hate getting rejected. As a result, they keep searching the internet, and buying programs so they can find a magic pill that will make everything easy for them and turn them into master PUAs without having to go through massive rejection and failure. They keep searching for something that doesn't exist.

The truth is the only way to master the game is by getting into the field, and approaching ton's of girls.

Go out this weekend, and be mentally prepared to approach tons of sets. The more you fail, the more you succeed, and the more girls you'll be closing in no time.

PUA is also about gaining insights in the female psyche, because frankly when we started out most of us didn't even know how to play the game. The Michael Jordan comparison is a crooked one because he atleast knew the rules of the game, and that's something a lot of guys on here never got taught.

I'm not condoning the information hunt some guys do though. Everything you learn has to get put in practice or else you'll never fully learn, that's basic knowledge. But there's nothing wrong with building a solid foundation of PUA knowledge before submerging in the world of rejection. It's ok to write out an entire pickup-scenario before even pulling one yourself, just don't stick to the writing part.

I do disagree with your opinions on numbers though. I do believe real mPUA's can get 90% of the girls in a venue. Hell, I even have some friends that get somewhere near that number. I myself am not too far behind either.

It's not just trying. It's also sharing insights, reflecting, and gaining knowledge through books, movies or just plain talk. Do find a healthy balance in the amount of time you put in every single aspect though, and everything will turn out just fine.

Most of us were given the rules or at least something along those lines. Just be hygienic, healthy, hold eye contact, have manners and know how to keep a conversation. That's what most people learnt when they were young, they just stopped using it. Frankly that's all you really need to know, maybe a little bit of escalation.

If you open even few 15 groups per weekend, that's 60 groups per month, and 720 groups per year..

Well even if a guy had only 1 girl in his life, I guess he didn't opened this many groups. so let's imagine he opened 20 groups back in AFC times. that's a 1/20 group. Well, with this, we'd be getting 36 girls / year. And this are few groups per weekend and low success rate, suitable even for an AFC

Imagine if everyone does this. That's a LOT of losers going around hitting on girls. Sort of takes the novelty out of you doing it, doesn't it? I mean hot girls aren't a limitless commodity like human stupidity or oil.

Maybe if you're not getting anywhere at clubs or with cold approaches, then clubs and cold approaches aren't where you're going to get anywhere.

Sorry but I really disagre with what you have written. I never do the numbers game. I can go to a bar and open and stay in set for ages or even all night. It is all about making a connection and getting confort then it becomes a solid nuber close. If you read up on womens interests or even speak to them about it then you learn what women like. This makes it easier for you in set. I totally disagre about just keep on trying until you get a number. Normally guys I see do this end up with a fake number.
Peacocking - not something I'm 100% keen on but i've winged some guys that wear outragous stuff and they get approached all night and get numbers with out trying.
I think if you get smart and get a little knowledge in all fields you can build a connection with any body.

Dude.. being hygienic or healthy doesnt do shit in a club.. tell a guy whos hygienic and goes to the gym but doesn't know how to interact with women to go pick up a target.. chances are 0,55% that he'll be successful. And by the way.. it's not true that MPUA's approach 100 girls and get 20 of those 100.. they can get almost anyone they want.. they approached 1000 sets.. they know when to pull and when to let go.. they know exactly what microcalibration they need to do in order to pick the girl up.. Mystery: "Once you become a MPUA.. you will learn eventually how to never miss an oppurtinity and always get the girl you want. There will be no failure" So I have to disagree with you.. learning basic human interaction is very good (theorie) but you have to put it in practice or else it wont give results. Gather the most knowledge you can get, because the more you know, the better youl perform!
