If you get a girl to go on a date with you, she already likes you so you don't need "openers" or anything like that. You just need to qualify her (find out specific things about her that you like and let her know what they are) and get to know each other better.....

Coffee shop dates are terrible for getting laid, so personally I would cancel that date and reschedule for an evening/nighttime date where we go to a few bars and get some drinks and then go back to my place.


BUT, if you do keep this date, just get to know her better, let her get to know you better, throw some jokes in here and there or tease her from time to time just to keep it kind of light and then set up a second date for the nighttime...Are you not good at making jokes or teasing girls?

Agreed, I don't like coffee shops, the SPAM is usually too serious - no music, college kids studying/doing homework. Also, you might not even get somewhere private and people around you might be able to hear your conversation. If you can, reschedule for a bar. Otherwise, just make jokes and bust on her as much as you can

I keep on seeing guys post things like "You need to bust on her a lot during dates" and it is totally untrue.

If you're on a date with a girl, that means that you should be done with the bulk of your attraction stuff. This doesn't mean you should tease her or bust on her at all, but it DOES mean, that you don't need to be "busting on her as much as possible."
Teasing a girl and busting on her will not get you laid

The purpose of the date is to get to know each other a little better, qualifying her and sexually escalating. Don't focus on busting on her or teasing her. Once you're on a date with a girl, those are just things that you throw in from time to time to keep it fun...

well, when I'm comfortable around someone I tend to be funny, although not as funny as I'll like to be, any advice as to what should I ask to get to know her better, I mean I know I should ask stuff that get her thinking and what not but more into that would be good, thanks

Yeah, definitely need to know whether she stood you up or whether she cancelled, because the way to handle those situations are VERY different.....

If she stood you up, then I would ignore her for a few days, UNLESS she sends you a text apologizing or something like that, and she seems genuine...
If she cancelled, then just give her the benefit of the doubt that she really did have something else that she needed to do and simply set up a date for another time...

As far as what to say to get to know each other better, you just have to talk about your family and friends, what your school experience was like etc. Give your opinions on things, let her know your favorite TV shows and stuff like that..I usually talk about my BFF Emma and how now that she's trying to get into medical school, I hardly ever see her anymore. Just things like that that kind of explain your life a little bit and paint you out to be a fairly well rounded person with good friends and passion in life...And then get her to talk about her life

definitely. But at the same time, don't act like you're bothered by it or anything like that, just don't go out of your way to text or call her for a few days. Then, text or call her as if everything is fine and gauge how she is reacting to you. Try to set up another date if you can. If not, then you probably have to move on.
