I recently contacted a hot girl on facebook after finding out that we have some common interests. I suggested that we meet, which she wanted. We spent an hour together and had a pleasant conversation while I showed her around (she's new in her town).

Then I called her the other day and suggested that we meet again, which she wanted to. She was really tired, so she asked me if I could send her a reminder when I was back in town. However, she didn't reply to this message before the day after. Here are our SMS messages:

Me: "*Reminder* Hope you've catched up with your sleep deficit."

Her (24 hrs later): "Hi, I'm sorry for my late reply. I came back late today, and things got hectic the last few hours for various reasons. Have you left town? I still have an extreme sleep deficit, so I'm on my way to bed now "

Me: "Yes, I'm back in [my town]. Life as a lawyer is apparently hard. I slept 10 hrs last night, so if it were possible you could have bought a couple of hrs from me. Good night "

Her: "Haha, I wish that were possible Ah, what a shame. But we'll hopefully have more chances to meet. God night to you too! See you."

Me: (24 hrs later): "We'll see. Hah, now I got revenge for your your late reply! Next time you should send the message in a bottle, so that I will be notified while I'm in town "

Her: "Haha, if you knew me better you'd know that 24 hrs is really quick for being me Have a nice day!"


So, where do I go next? I could tease her and say something like "You're just playing htg", or I could suggest that she starts working as a municipal officer/bureaucrat instead (they're known for being slow at work).

Any suggestions?

I'd go with something along the line of, "Really? I guess I should be more appreciative of you. Y'know.. for finding some time to reply to messages from poor old me. "

Tease her a bit. And the wink conveys that you're not being serious. It's all joke and sarcasm here.

Also, I have started a text game thread in the forum. You could post your queries there. Why waste forum space? You'll get the same attention there.

I sent her a message telling her that I'll be in town for a week at the end of the month, telling her (with a wink) to clean her schedule and cancel all other plans. Here's her answer:

"Good evening! Actually I haven't got many plans for that week so far! If I'm not wrong, you will also catch [a social gathering with common acquaintances, let's call it X Afternoon]!"

What's a good answer to this? I was thinking of something in the lines of:

"You mean X Morning? I'll definitely show up there, what do you think I'm coming for? Though, they should've chosen a name that also includes poor B-people like myself."

(We're both B-people with irregular day cycles whenever we don't have to go to work)

Bras I think you beating a dead horse, Ive been very clever with texts but when a girl isnt giving in IoI's in her texts and is just being friendly, and the length of her texts and the time between text's is as you have shown here, I think your done.

I am curious if The Don has another opinion as he is the text expert. I have been in similar situations before and im to the point when I smell non-interest via text I immediately write the girl off.
