I recently brought my bestfriends girlfriends friend to my debs (prom) she was a good looking girl and I felt that she was attracted to me I caught her staring at other girls I was talking to and we had lots of stong eye contact and lots of laughing and dancing I was alone with her for about a half an hour and I really wanted to escalate but didnt because what if I got rejected I would have been labelled and there is a good chance I will see her again (small town) my question is should I have tried or just played it safe the way I did.

Playing it safe, that what gets you into friendzone nicely played . If you feel it go for it, you havent nothing to lose.

Because everytime you dont try it, its a 100% No,
if you try it, even if its a small chance, there is still a chance that she will say yes!

So Yes You should have tried it!
