If you see a suitable girl, start a conversation by asking a question. If you are in the mall pick up a piece of clothing and ask if the girl thinks this piece of clothing would look good on your sister. Tell her you are shopping for a birthday present and want to get the perfect gift. You really could use some help. In the grocery store ask a question about produce or a question about a recipe. You can explain that you are learning to cook and really need some assistance.
Getting a girl to talk to you can be the easy part. If you act natural and truly interested in her answer you can continue to ask her other things about herself and find out if she is interested in you. If she acts interested in talking to you and conversation comes naturally, you can ask if she would be available to go for coffee sometime to continue the conversation.
If you are in a social situation and see a girl at a party, wedding or other event you can start the process of getting to know her with the same sort of questions. Asking questions that can start conversations is the easiest way to meet girls. Just make sure the questions are real, not a pick up line.
Make sure you hold your head high, shoulders back and look the girl in the eye when talking. A confident smile can be the most attractive thing to a girl. If you do not succeed at first, practice until you have the technique down and can approach a girl anywhere with a question that leads to further conversation and may lead to a lifetime of talking to each other.
