When dancing with a girl, there is really no need to talk. You already talk to each other on much deeper level.

I've been dancing salsa for a year now. When I dance with a girl I see for the first time after that one dance I already know so much about her.

The most important thing for a man is to lead the dance.

As for dancing in the clubs, you can't talk to each other anyways. Just use strong eye contact and escalate physically. No need for talking.

If she's wearing a dress made of thin material you can usually tuck your thumbs a tiny little way into her underwear over the dress. This can be very sexy to them as it's something they won't have seen before and no one else is aware of it. You can even bring her dress up very slightly and take her underwear down a bit as you re-adjust it. It's hard to explain without actually showing it to you.
