I've met quite a few girls who say they just go out to clubs to dance, and say they get annoyed when hit on by guys.

To me this is utter crap and even if they feel they're just out to dance, subconsciously I think they are looking to attract guys.

What do you think ?

On a similar thread, there is a girl I got to know when (for a while) a went to Salsa dancing classes. She was in a long term relationship but 3 or 4 nights a week she'd be out (without her fella) at Salsa classes/parties. Again, do girls 'just like dancing' or do you think there is more to this (in her case).

I'd like to hear your thoughts as I didn't push things with her thinking she was in a happy relationship but if my suspicions are correct then maybe I was wrong..

Typical girl excuse to avoid guys they don't want around.

If they meet Brad Pitt and he's single, do you think she'll say she just wants to dance?

Well, you have to look differently at intent and what someone will or won't do.

Like the above poster said if Brad Pitt is in the club then she'll want a bit more than dancing... however I do believe a lot of women go to the clubs with the conscious intention to just dance so they're not lieing. Maybe there is a subconscious intention to get laid, but I don't think that this is necessarily the case.

At any rate, I think very few women go out to the clubs with a conscious intention to get laid. Only the few who are either in the middle of a breakup and desperate for some distraction or something similar. Probably even the worst slags aren't consciously thinking about wanting to get drilled hard when they select some appropriate attire but rather just the general thought of "looking attractive for when I meet mr. Right" (lol).

That said, who cares? Every woman wants subconsciously to be taken by an appropriate mate. It's in their DNA.

I don't know, maybe you need a new/better opener or something? I'm still trying to figure some good responses to those kinds of reactions myself...

Girls just go out to dance, to get all pretty and dress up,have a good time, and get attention and reject afcs left and right...



Guys: they go out to pick up and/or get laid...


Your salsa friend, can be brad pitt or whoever, she has a boyfriend and she is happy nothing ain't gonna happen... With that being said someone with a tight club game like me, may get her tempted enough and do something, but unlikely... With that being said i met last weekend some girl showed me pics of her kids and her hubby, and was making out with me, i felt like shit, that was not my goal i wanted her friend.

Of the women who say this, likely no more than 10% are telling the truth, but probably 80% have convinced themselves they are telling the truth. 20% are flat out lying and just throwing up a barrier to see what you do. Tests are common, get used to them and learn how to handle them.

A woman could put on sweat pants and go dancing. She could dance to the stereo in her apartment. If ALL she wanted was to dance, would she spend hours on clothes and makeup, and the hassle of going out to a club? Would you? Women want sex as much if not more than men do, but society calls them mean names if they admit this, so they've learned to say things like "I just go out to dance." Keep plowing, and see what blossoms.

What I really meant is that:
Yeah, she may have gone out just to dance, party with her girl friends and get drunk, BUT if a HIGH VALUE guy approaches with a good opener, good body language and really get her juices flowing do you think she won't change the idea?

If she perceives it's a GREAT CHANCE she'll do it even if her boyfriend is around. Human beings always want more of the better.

Brad Pitt is a world famous guy, even if she had no intention of getting laid that night, she we'll think "I'll regret if I miss this".

Bottom line: always approach. Never take the woman's first response as written in stone, she may change it later.
