Something really simple that delivers your message. "Hey I was checking if you knew what day that concert was, hit me up whenever"
Puts your message out there, so she doesn't assume anything or feel weird about it, and "hit me up" is ambiguous about calling vs texting, so she may call because you called, or text because she's more comfortable texting.
