Posts: 60 | | Hi all,
College is starting next week and I see the first few weeks as being important in developing social groups as well as sarging.
Currently not fully confident to face the social situations college will bring. Anyone got any advise or mindsets that will motivate me?

Posts: 287 | | get involved with everything possible you can, whether its taking up different activities after college or simply giving your input in class on something if the teacher asks. Also, try to get to know everyone you can as soon as possible.

Posts: 1232 | | Anytime you're thinking about your social interaction with someone, you're doing it wrong. If they're talking, you're listening closely. Put yourself out there, especially early. It's much easier to be in a high energy, interesting mood with someone if that's how they met you and know you to act.

Posts: 27 | | Join clubs, go to frosh (whatever the freshmen welcoming party / week) and get involved in all the activities that interest you even in the slightest.
