The part I don't understand is if I'm introduced to a girl through a friend I have to issues chatting them up, and even bartenders at bars, as soon as they take my order I have no issues talking with them either it's just going up to someone out of the blue that kills me. Any tips on getting my groove back? I remember last time I got over this I'd go to malls and ask random girls questions which seemed to work but it just feels so awkward right now. I know a lot of people have been in my position so I'm curious what did you guys do to overcome AA? Probably been answered a bunch of times here but maybe someones got a good solution based on my situation.

- Try to keep to the 3 second rule - you won't have time to be nervous!
- Remember that you'll probably never see these girls again if things go bad
- Even if you do see them again, you'll have made so little an impact they won't remember you
You have absolutely nothing to lose by going in man - you'll get a quick knockback and then you keep going. The worst case is you go home solo and hopefully a little more socially adept as you've approached a few girls.
