Ok Im Gunna Start and say im Not Gunna Rage But Speak My Mind, Especially in this Section.

When people Post here in the question's Section and Help others and Post Something to Benefit other PuA's instead of asking a question and helping themselves.

Show a Little Appreciation and Support, Like Crituque if it isnt Great, Or atleast let them know youll Give Your Routine a Shot, It'll Make PUA's Want to post more Helpful topics knowing there being heard and getting Feedback.
