I went out last night and started gaming a girl i already knew, but i hadn't really ever talked to. My game was really good and i was in that state where you just feel on! after talking to her group, winning them over and teasing her, i isolated (had already run a few gambits), i got major IOIs, and proceeded to do the trust test (i think its tyler durdan's), i phase shifted down and reduced the energy levels.

I did what i normally do, when i try to kiss close, just lightly brush their hair over their ear and look into their eyes. Usually previous to pua stuff this always kind of worked. But she turned away and said 'we can do it in sheffield'. Thats were i go to uni (im at home in birmingham SPAM) and she goes there too, I should have saved face more here, but it was ok, i just fluffed a bit after.

I thought it was my best sarge yet, and couldn't work out why i haven't closed. Then i facebooked her today and discovered her boyfriend! Im seeing her on sunday at a party (was going anyway), but i need advice on what to do next. I kind of intend to k close in shef at the very least (not that i am very invested in her).

Well obviously the boyfriend is definitely a hurdle here. I've found that a girl who genuinely does have a boyfriend takes a little more work on than a girl who is just making it up.

Were you playfully touchy feely with each other before you brushed her hair? This is crucial thanks to Slip n' Slide telling me the importance of kino, I've realized in my own honest opinion touch=trust and investment. Sure brushing the hair over the ear is a good move but you should really be doing more 'innocent' touching before this point and more consistent touching maybe after this before trying a k-close. So do what you did with the hair but instead of going to kiss her then, make sure you're always in body contact with her: stroke her back, fondle with her hair at her neck, touch her knee and then try your trick again of gazing into the eyes (Eye-mouth triangle is sweet too!) and then kiss again, providing you've had about five minutes of conversation since you brushed he hair back first time.

Also I like to take the girl to a dancefloor if there is one, even if you have lowered the energy levels. The close contact dancing presents is simply stuff that would be so weird in a quiet room and is very sexual and from her perspective there's safety in numbers she won't have to worry about her friends seeing her and knowing that she cheated.

As for what to do next: make an excuse to meet up but with groups (i.e. your mates and hers both go to a club or bar again): so she doesn't feel like she's betraying her bf and going on a date, it also disguises your intentions to a degree. When at the club try not to mention the boyfriend and try not to k-close straight away, instead foster sexual tension-this will help you should you not succeed before Sheffield, but work more in your favour when you're there. So don't be disheartened again if you don't k-clsoe or you don't attempt it next time, it could help actually-unpredictability is dynamite, she may now think that you're very interested after attempting a kiss.
