everything can be learned.

the thing with c/f is that it takes a long time to calibrate situations properly. you'll have to fuck up sooo many times to find the right balance. practice this outside of your social circle.

c/f is ok, but i like better confident/humble approach. something that 60 yoc talks about.

The essence of humour is that it's opposite to what's normal.
example: girls says I'm fat. You check her out and say (with a light smile!!!!): hmmmz, don't be so hard on yourself, you're a little little chubby, at max!
That's C/F and it's damn easy to apply. Just start saying things opposite to what you normally would say. In the beginning you will be way to harsh and cold but you'll learn where the fine lines are.
