Posts: 39 | | i like to think of openers when i'm bored..here's one i came up with that i used last week...
here's a field report i had last friday in NYC.
Remi: hey guys, i need a female opinion on something
HB's: sure, whatsup
Remi: what do you girls think about ugg boots?
HB's: they're comfortable..and warm!
Remi: now what do you think about ugg boots.....on guys?
HB's: like the moccasins?
Remi: haha...no, like literally the boots...
HB's: thats kind of weird!
Remi: yea...thats what i think..actually that's what everyone probably thinks right? the reason i'm asking is because one of my buds just bought a pair and i refuse to walk in public with him when he has them on.
HB's: LOL...why its not THAT bad
Remi: okay well, lets say ,"sorry whats your name? (obstacle)"
HB2: heather
Remi: pleasure to meet you heather (ignoring target's name)...okay lets you and heather were going to hang out and she walked out of her house wearing literally furry shoes, like picture a polar bear's fur on a shoe...you wouldn't be slightly embarrassed going to the mall with her wearing that? you wouldn't tell her "why the hell did you buy that?!". isn't that what good friends do? you guys are good friend's aren't you? or are you girls the ones who hang out with each other even though you really hate each other? hmm..i wouldn't be surprised by the responses to my question.
HB's: nooo!!! we're best friends
PROCEEDED with best friends test, isolated target, cube game...number closed, meeting up with her this weekend for a date.
i love this opener, it's very playful and girls are pretty attentitive bc girls love fashion advice. GL!
