Hey guys.. so I made friends with the HBs next door to me. They invited my roomate and I in the other night. One of them has a boyfriend, but the other I think is single (not sure though) We hung out, had a few beers and got to know eachother.. They also informed me that they have been "spying" on us and that they "love" my house how it's set up. They also invited us to a BBQ this weekend. And everytime I see one of them (they are sisters) they go out of their ways to say "hi".. they are super cute too... When we were there the other night I Kinoed the girlfriend a bit and got both of them in a good mood the whole night... I wanted to invited them over last night, but my lame ass roomate was being really anti-social. So I'm trying to think of a way to get them over to see my place, since we saw theirs the other night...

well get ur lame-ass roommate to man-up
or find another wing-man

and just say
"hey we're havin a few drinks tomorrow at our place and then prolly headin out to the bars (etc.) u girls are coming with."

and remember even if these girls arent single they can be made into great pivots

You should be able to AT LEAST make a FB out of one of these. And, beyond that, yes, the pivot would be a great way to go, unless of course you want a full out g/f.
