Really need some help here. Went out tonite with some friends and there was this kinda cute girl there. But she seemed to be hovering around this other guy quite a bit, so i assumed bf and gf. Just checked her out on facebook, turns out she is single! What should i do? Should i add her on facebook and try and sort out a time to hang out with her?

Maybe her hovering was a sign she was interested in that guy.

Also, did you go up and introduce yourself to her or does she know you already?

'cause it'd be weird sending a friend request otherwise, she'd feel like you're a stalker assuming she didn't even notice you.

She was out with the same group of friends as me. And yes I intoduced myself and kissed her on the cheek as soon as i saw her. We spoke a little bit and seemed to have a good rapport going. No kino etc though.

Well, in that case you could add her on facebook, build a little rapport and comfort level there and get her number. Escalate the situation in steps.

Okay, yeah that makes sense. Ive not really done much facebook gaming before. How long would you leave it before asking for her number and arranging to hang out?

A week or two of continuous messaging will get you implanted firmly in her memory. Then, it's just a formality to ask for number.

Ah okay awesome thanks man. What do you mean by continuous messaging? Don't want to come off as needy! I gave her a little nickname when we spoke, so i was thinking of using that when i first message her

Dude, I was thinking maybe, add her, then go on to facebook chat, say something about, that night when you guys were out, and after about 10 minutes of conversation, tell her you you have to go, but she should totally come out with you and your friends again

Wait until, two days before you go out again, then tell her you are going out with your friends, and she should come, then say, she should give you her number, so you can send details about going out that night

This has worked, for me
