first of all, you need to decide a few things:

Use the tempted to cheat, is crucial, as an indirect threat, i have used it many many times, it works, and is the truth, is an honesty session, tell her you are being blunt and you would appreciate if she is blunt as well. The best relationships are the ones people are blunt, straight forward...

Sounds too threatening to me, "Suck my dick or the relationship gets it!" Guilt and manipulation are relationship killers. You want her to want to give you head not feel obligated to give you head.

It's not a route that I'd take, but I'm interested to see how it works out.

WHAT??? I would NEVER get myself circumcised. No knife doing anything down there unless necessary. And I never had a problem with women giving me oral. I've never even thought about this being a problem just if things are not kept clean there. Don't get me wrong that routine is fuckin' awesome, and I will try it if I ever have a problem like this(most likely, some other day). But I definitely don't think circumcision is necessary.
