Hey, So I am pretty new to this , got bought The Game for my birthday last week and am quite into this whole idea. Finding the psychology of it really interesting. Naturally the idea of being better with women helps too.

Bought The Rules Of The Game and also Mystery Method for some light reading too. Hoping to improve myself through this stuff.

So yeah, will be hanging around here from now on.

The Game is an awesome book, I've just bought Rules Of The Game too.

A good book that I found has helped with Pick Up is The Definitive Book Of Body Language. It's useful for building rapport and what-not.

I live in bournemouth in england, I am 23, at the moment I am most comfortable with anything that incorporates humour, I am pretty sarcastic so I find it easy and natural to stick to teasing based on wit. My hobbies and passions at the moment are all about self improvement, I study martial arts and do weight training.

My aim through this is to be as confident as I want to be and be able to attract the women I am attracted to.

I have only been single for about 8 months, before this I came out of a 4 year relationship were I was engaged then almost straight into a 10 month pretty heavy one straight after. So my aim at the moment is to completely define myself and get good at being single, mainly so when I end up in a relationship again I will be better.

I have personally found that weight training and cardio has not only helped me physically, but mentally. I'd recommend keeping that up.

good luck, the game is a great book i've also read it.
if you want to gain more confidence i think the best thing you can do is to find a wing to go with you, and try to practice in real life (i usually prefer to stop girls on the street) repeat even the smallest thing you can think of (like saying hi to many girls) and you will gain more confidence.

I am currently doing the stylelife challenge, yesterdays was not to shower or shave to see if anyone noticed, no one did, and call up 5 random numbers and ask for a film recommendation. The first phone call I was bricking it, but on the second one I was fine.

Today's was to approach three women to ask for somewhere good to get clothes, pretty much the same story as before, as soon as it gets proven that people don't just blow you out of the water, the AA becomes less of an issue.

Awesome stuff.
