Yeah, I know I'm sorta a fool on this one. But I appreciate you taking the time to give me your advice. I'll do my best to try and follow it. I'm a newbie when it comes to this stuff and your advice is really helpful.

One advice: don't tell a girl that you are a virgin until you are about to sleep with one. In bed, she does not care, because you are intimate.

Funny you say that because after I told her she told me that my buddy already had told her months before hand. *shrug*

I think if she said she just wants to be friends, you will come off as desperate and socially incapable if you try to make a move. At the same time, you have an opportunity here to exceed her expectations by enjoying a friendly, comfortable time with her, even try some cold approaches with her as a pivot.

She has female friends, and lots of them. She is the lock that withholds those friends from you. Make her your friend, but she can't be your only female one. Make other female friends and invite her to hang out with them, and then she will feel more comfortable inviting you to hang out with her friends. There is a way to strike a balance here, and you are very capable of doing it.
