Not only do they suck cock. Most women don't consider sucking cock to be sex since there is no penetration, they see it almost like "making out" to the next level. Usually woman are much more likely to suck a man's cock than to fuck him. If they fuck a guy, they have to count him on their list, but if they just suck him, they pretend like it never happened.

Women are weird when it comes to half truths and loop holes of sex. A girl that says she's only slept with 2-3 guys, may have slept with 6-7 and have sucked 10-12. But in her mind she has found a way to justify everything, and will never admit to their true history.
