i met this girl at club and got her # i need some help on how to set up a date this is like a sticking point for me, does anyone know any routines and tips on what i should do? thanks

I would definitely advise against arranging a date through text - the flake factor is far too high, especially with a girl you meet on a night out

I find it much more successful to start a conversation about something interesting via text to get her thinking about you - and build some initial rapport

after a few texts tell her (don't ask) that you and she should meet up sometime and that you will call her later that evening or the day after. Give a specific time - again, tell don't ask.

Then call, shoot the breeze for a few minutes and tell her you wanna grab a coffee / drink with her to get to know her better. Tell her the days you're free and go from there.

If she says she's busy on all those days, chances are she's not into you - if she suggests an alternative then it's all good. Tell her you think you're busy on that day and that you will text her when you've checked. Then follow up later / next day saying you're free but it will have to be a quick one.

Definitely advise doing the specifics over phone - txt is best used just to keep her thinking about you and a great tool to get her comfortable enough to pick up the phone when you call.
