Hello all!

After being laid off a few years back, I'm finally on my feet again, and getting to a place where I'm able to get my own apartment in the next few months. Furniture wise I'm going to be starting from scratch, this is a great thing, because it gives me the opportunity to have a slick, and stylish place.

But Style is not my Forte.

I was wondering if anyone has any great websites where I can get some ideas, or good pictures of stylishly decorated places so I can get an idea for what works, and what doesn't.

check out a magazine called "wallpaper" - they have a website at wallpaper.com

it really helped me get a great style for my new place - including choosing flooring, paint and wallpaper - as well as how to lay things out, which textures to use and how to maximise space

if you want to progress things with a girl back at your place, make damn sure it looks good enough to make her want to come back!

any advice u need let me know :)

Choose basic, tide and neat (Ikea)
