Went out for coffee with HB.. it wasn't bad... thing is the next day I had to leave the state for a month. It's been about 2 weeks since our date. As she was getting out of my car at the end of the date I left the silence for her to fill and she mentioned something about getting together when I return (either an IOI or way to kill an awkward moment) so I told her I'd call her...


We had a good time, some good conversation. I had her laughing. This could have been afc on my part but she asked me if I liked doing something and I suggested that we do it when I get back and her response was a laugh and "yeah maybe". I kept a straight face but I was thinking IOD

I may be reading too much into this but I thought it would be a good idea to call her after the first week of me being away to tell her I'm having a good time, maybe create a little envy. I didn't ask for a call back, I just said I'll talk to ya later.

Although I didn't ask for a call back I was thinking I would at least get some sort of response from her. I never did.

I have bad service where I am so there's a slight chance that she didn't get the message or it may be muffled... still there's no way she didn't get the missed call

I'm more than likely still going to call her when I get back in 2 weeks to see if she wants to get together again but should I text her or do anything for me to keep me in her mind?

There's no real need to text her. If you're trying to create mystery, your absence will probably do that much better than anything you can say about it. I'd say just hit her up when you get back in town. You'll have stories to tell.

Also, unless you're skillfull with sarcasm, I wouldn't explicitly mention having sex with a lady. If you had her enjoying herself though, chances are she will want to see you again. Hope you get what you want. . .

Actually I forgot to mention our date cut into the first hour she was supposed to be at work lol....


Either she said that she had to work as a hedge in case things were awful or she did in fact decide to go into work late to spend some extra time with me.

This is part of the reason why I'm so shocked she didn't get back to me but we'll see what happens.


Also her bday is next week... I'm crazy with numbers so I remembered what day it was, even with that in mind still don't bother texting?

Text her at 11:59 on the day of her birthday, come up with the content, but tell her you wanted to save the best birthday wish for last. Something like that, should be fun. . .
