I have a colegue at work that i like. I talked to her, i made her laugh, i touched her, and i got her phone number. I talked with her one time on the phone. Now we have 2 weeks of summer holiday. I asked her out and she said that when she comes from home we will go out. She's not from here, she went to her parents in another city. I phoned her once but she didn't answer. My question is: should i phone her again in a few days or should i wait until i meet her again to ask her out ? ( or another sugestion if you have a better one ) I just phoned her in the holiday to stay in touch ... not to be obesessive or desperate.

if you can resist temptation... dont phone her at all.
wait for her to call you, and if she doesnt you will at least see her at work.

She is a shy person...she dosen't have many friends at workplace and i don't see her talk too much with people ... i don't think she will call me. I will wait to meet her at workplace.

Call her again dude, if you want to. Your not being needy by calling a chick more than once, she coulda been busy or wutever and just too "shy" to call you back.

Try not to follow rules, just confidently do what you want just knowing it will be accepted by others. And even if it's not "so what"

You'll see her at work again, smile, flirt and everything will be fine.

However I do strongly strongly strongly advise against having relations within your job. It's back fired on so Many so many times

If you know you will see her again, ask her out then. Just casually suggest meeting after work. I know some of you may disagree with this but if your needy at least be needy in person and not over the phone, etc. Ask her out to her face, flatter her, make her blush. It shows you have balls and confidence.
