She asked if I had facebook and told me to add her on that. Facebook is a much harder application to game off than a real phone number. So tell me guys have I genuinely done something wrong I only had 5 minutes to talk to her at the end because I had to go quickly.

It's not like this is end game but you can say it's some kind of fail as you failed to build enough attraction and comfort for her to give you her number. Next time build enough attraction to go into comfort and then close.

I have used facebook as a way of qualifying girls (because you get to see what they are about).

From there I have had about 50% the success with messaging them for a date/further conversation than with a phone number.

Not a home run but better than nothing.

Yes she was hot! However I've just looked on Facebook for about 40 minutes trying to find her. She has a peculiar first name that I've never heard before and I didn't get her to spell it to me! I can't find her anywhere!

If you asked for her number and she said add her on facebook, you failed but may still have a small chance.

If the number was not brought up at all and she just told you to add her, your in, although you should of said 'pass me your number instead'.

Personally, if you told her your name, dont add her. If shes interested, she'll remember your name and add you.

I would say you should have insisted on the number for the reason you said. Its harder to game on Facebook. Plus she probably won't remember who you are which will put you in the weak position when you try to chat her up.
