Hey guys, I wanted to share my perspective on approach anxiety. I know some pretty awesome tools within NLP, EFT, TFT, Hypnosis, Subliminal messaging etc and have found a few idea's to overcoming anxiety.

1. As they say in most therapies, admit the problem, look yourself in the mirror and say whatever it is you feel, do it and pretend your a comedian for that moment, how would they describe it? e.g. I am scared of approaching women - really, your SCARED of women, seriously? are you actually scared of saying hello to them? what do you think there going to do rip your b*lls off and put them in their purse?! You can only be scared if you want something from them (and herein lies the problem). DO this until you feel light hearted about it, it will re-frame it bit by bit.

So anyway, think about this, as said by many people, women have much more at stake than you... they are the ones that need to have children etc, so if they don;t like what you're about then NEXT, let them marry someone else and be unhappy!

I have been using EFT for many years now and NLP, I actually run my own website on stuff but anyway, tapping, if you haven't tried EFT send me a message and I'll give u some tips.



Putting things into action, for the next few days: go out say sit at a starbuck and observe something people are doing and get out of your head by saying something.... so the person in the queue, hey i'm not usually a fan of starbucks but all my friends seem to be getting it recently, can you recommend a good drink? she may say yes and that depending on your ability can lead to an instant date. Start conversations by saying How's it going to everyone in shops etc. The key for me is to notice and observe something and be honest! this will be attractive as it's authentic.
