Posts: 184 | | So today I walked around the mall and a couple other super stores for 5 hours and the best I did was stop a group of four beautiful woman what time it was.. I realized that my approach anxiety is so bad that I can't say one sentence without looking extremely nervous and making sense, What's something I can do to help me with that because I can ask random people what time it is and even say hi to people but I can't say a long sentence without feeling like Im gonna cry. Advice will be much appreciated
