I texted this girl I know is pretty interested. She's a model, so she's already used to being adored by guys. So I'm trying the cocky approach. I texted her an hour ago, "I know you were thinking of me, so I figured I said hi XD."

It's been an hour now and I still didn't get a reply. Did i say something wrong? What can I do to redeem myself? Please help.

Why have you assumed she's interested? Did she flirt with you, and now you think she wants to sleep with you? A model, like this, constantly surrounded by guys is n who is very comfortable flirting and even making heavy innuendo without meaning anything at all by it. It DOES'T mean she's NOT interested, but be careful; I've seen many guys make a fool out of themselves because they read signals poorly.

First off, it's been an hour since initial contact. As in 60 minutes. She could be working, chilling out with some good friends of hers, busy eating breakfast, away from her phone, or just standing over a toilet for that time throwing up with the stomach flu. You have no idea, so stop stressing over her not having responded immediately.

Secondly, you texted a girl you haven't even gone out with at 8:30am? Why not a more reasonable time? Say, 1:00pm?

As far as saying something wrong, your opener was fine. Don't worry about that. You don't need to "redeem" yourself. Maybe she'll respond if you just give her a day or two. Or maybe she's just not as interested as you thought. I don't like to try and build attraction through texting anyways, so why don't you game her in person first, and make sure she's very attracted, take her out, kiss her, etc. Then she'll be responding.

Dude, seriously? An hour? thats it? First, you got some inner game issues clearly. I have waited 48 hours before actually starting to worry. Second, people get busy, YOU SHOULD BE TO! Go to the beach, sing karaoke, climb a mountain, start a revolution, do something and build a life. Third, if a girl doesn't like your approach, fuck her, the world is full of models.

An hour? Dude shes probably busy living life. You should do the same.

If you're really texting her that early then thats a problem. You don't want her thinking that she's the first thing you think of when you wake up.

Other than that. Go on and live life (like she's doing). You should have spent that hour trying to pick up another model.

Sorry, that was my bad. I had literally zero sleep last night, so when I logged on my computer this morning, I wasn't thinking straight, saw that he had posted it 9:30am (my time zone), and because I was being stupid, assumed he was of course in my time zone.
