freeze out?

I get what a freeze out but can anyone give me a better definition of freezing out, when i should do it, and for how long i should do it

How long you should do it - Until you get desired results, your freezing her for a reason (she doesnt initiate txt, she is to clingy ect.) and once she initiates or stops being so clingy you can end the freeze.

I thought a freeze-out was used for LMR and it was where you ignore the girl until you get what you want.

HB: "Yeah so I don't wanna come across as a slut, maybe this is wrong."
PUA: "Yep I understand, guess we're done here them"

Then you just turn the other way and act like you're gonna go to sleep, or start browsing your e-mails / facebook or something. Eventually she'll feel awkward and want the comfort she was getting before and come onto you, at that point you can stop ignoring her and get on with the previous "activity".
