Hi everybody,
I met a girl (hb8) last night and I think she likes me. She gave me her number spontaneously and told me to text her for tonight (I'm organizing a bar/club crawl).

What should I text her?

Text her something open ended, nothing that needs a reply. If you ask something that requires a reply and you don't get one you loose a little value, if it's open ended and you don't get anything back no value lost.

"how's your day going" is a classic that requires an answer.



"Something reminded me of you." is a regular one I use.

"you'll never guess what just happened"

(of course have something to say after those)


Another which I just started using for an opening (and really happened) is

"So I'm at the gym and a swear to god, there's a little person break dancing team here"

I've gotten a 100% response rate with that one and tested it maybe a dozen times.


Once shes on, move the convo to what ever.
