Background:

Just turned 19, live in the UK, just finished first year at University, just finished from a 2 year relationship, non virgin, good looking, very athletic

Aim:

Basically after coming out of a 2 year relationship - my confidence is fairly low. I've been out the game for a few years and would love if some of you guys could give me some good advice how to start up again. I've got a good knit of friends (guys and girls) and usually hit town once a week. (There are plenty of HB when i'm out)

So can some of you guys give me some pointers on how to start approaching and getting noticed by them gals?

Slowly work yourself in as if you just started PUA. Try the newbie mission again to get comfortable for when you start your approaches.

Go out with your friends, go clubbing, you already have the social value there. Use that to your advantage.

Tried the newbie mission today. Was quite nice! Was able to say 'hi' without hesitation. The shopping place where i live is perfect. Lots of nice girls milling about Haulister etc..

What should be my next step?
Approaching girls on nights out using canned openers and escalating from there?
