Hard to get has 2 meanings, it depends on how honest you are willing to be with yourself.

1. She needs to feel power by having men come after her. in that case, you make your intention clear and then keep a distance. Nothing is more powerful for us men than to demonstrate to a girl that we are not entranced by her. In other words, don't put the pussy on a pedestal.

2. She has no interest in you whatsoever, avoids interacting with you as much as possible, yet you didn't get the whole message. Guys who have issues with their ego will say hard to get when it really means lost cause.

Either way the solution is the same, cutting off contact and remaining disciplined about avoiding her. In case 1, you find out if she gives a shit by seeing if she takes the 2 minutes of time to call/text you. In case 2, you quit being a stalker.

DJ_Z is right on the money. It sounds like she is probably not interested in dating you at the present moment and the best strategy is to look for a different girl. Being a stalker is not going to help you get girls.

But, the best strategy is to try to understand he point of view and genuinely agree with it and then let her be alone. Then, she might come back, but only once you've stopped pressuring her and once you have moved on. So I'd say, try to understand her and tell her what you genuinely agree with, and then move on.

Shes leading you on for fun, you said yourself your "friends" and shes playing a game by saying "you have a chance". that really means "try real hard to date me and ill laugh at your attempts" and her head gets full of air in the meantime
