I need a good opener for my text message and i dont want a boring answere from her, so whats the best opener i should use? She is like a 9 or 10.

Those are really good, you can also use what you know and tease her on it.

If she is a nurse. You can say something like: (this is an example from one my text msg)

Me: Grandma says nurses are trouble.
her: why would she say that?
Her: But I am a good nurse.
Me: They scare kids walking around with those sharp needles.
Her: But I bring them cookies.
me: What? No milk, she is right
etc...
