Me and my trusty wing have been having killer weekends over the last several weeks. We tend to go out in Austin on Thur, Fri, and Sat and drop a random Mon or Wed into the mix.

We have a great time challenging each other and giving motivational support. I won't recount the fun things that have happened lately, but many of them have been epic. Last night however, was just odd. Everything seemed off, I approach very few, if any, and the night was just dry. Dry as hell. I would love to make excuses, but I was sick most of the week (hell i'm still trying to get over this cold) and perhaps my energy was just reeeeeaaaaallll low.

Any of you have one of those off days too?

haha nah man, yes off nights do happen. Especially when youve been having an off month

Perfectly natural, perfectly healthy.

I actually usually have a routine I follow, and that helps with "off nights", because the mind automatically shifts into a regular "I've done this before" pattern. It helps. Won't cure it completely, but you'll probably have fewer off nights.

My routine is usually just a certain way I get ready for the evening, showering, shaving, etc. Then listening to playlist to psyche me up. But it could be anything.

Good advice. We have been going at it so much lately, that the days and nights along with faces and numbers just blur.

I will try switching things up, especially hitting other venues or heading south to San Antonio for a bit.
