I am very new to all things PUA and am trying to absorb as much information as I can. I have not yet approached a girl with any of my new knowledge(soon though!) I have been watching some of Gamblers stuff and I really like the idea of a forced IOI because I feel it gives me the okay before going over so I face a mild rejection instead of a full one, if I do get rejected in the first place. He also said that the familiarity opener was what he used almost exclusively now because it helps to get the friends to back off and give you privacy to work your game.

Are these more advanced tactics that I should be waiting to use until I'm more experienced or are they good for even the beginner to use? From what i've read this method seems the most comfortable in theory. Not really a cold open because you have the IOI and it's a simple opener, though I may be at a loss for where to go from there. I suppose some opinion question would work though, lol.

Any advice or great places for a beginner to start would be appreciated. I'm about 3/4 through "The Game" right now and have loved it so far. I feel like it's more to get you pumped up for learning this than actually teaching it, I for sure have gotten a good amount out of it but feel that straight videos on techniques teach me more

Thanks!

STOP! Change the attitude right now before watch anymore Gamble, if you think you're gonna get rejected, that WILL HAPPEN!

Make sure you do a few warm up sets with only guys, just go there say hello and stay in the set for 5 minutes, run the show for 5 minutes. Your 4th set will be the chick.

Go there with great positive energy, friendly and start a conversation as you are talking to a dude.

No, these are the basics of social life, having a conversation may be unusual to you but you should know it is NOT a big deal and there are many guys who do it all the time. If you make it like a big deal, they she will pick on you and you're fucked.

Youre cool dude, just go ahead, do it, be di-attached from the results and have fun.

Yeah I understand what you mean. That's for sure one of the big hurdles for me to get over. Once reason I really want to get into this, to build up my self confidence so that I believe that I won't be rejected and have so much game and so much to offer that it will go my way the majority of the time.

The starting a few with guys does seem like a decent idea as well. I have yet to do the noobie test where you go around the mall saying hi to all the girls and smile, to try and get closer to being over my AA. Next week is when I'll really be able to start, will be moved into a new apartment back in the city and I'll be close to all the places where I can easily work on my game.

Thanks for the advice
