Like all of us, I stare at girls a lot, especially when im taking public transport home and there is nothing else to do.

Question is, a decent percentage of the time the girl will notice me and stare back, maintaining eye contact...so what do you do?

Imagine yourself seated on a busy tram, and she is 10 feet away from you, but blocked off (ya know, just by people or whatever). Point is it would be impractical and weird to stand up and walk up to her to open in my opinion.

Do you smile?
Does her holding eye contact even mean she finds you attractive in the first place?
Need a few tips.

what I do currently sucks. Ill just hold it for a little longer, then turn my head a little while still looking at her, then break away over a 5 second period of time.
I know thats ridiculously technical lol, but its the only way i can describe it...

Is there any way to pick up from this situation? Cos from my eyes, her looking at you means that you are attractive to her. I mean, I know i dont look at ugly girls, so why would they look at a guy they dont find good? (my logic anyway)
It feels as if there should be a way to appropriately open and close something like this...lemme know your thoughts

I keep looking at her with a smirk on my face. If you keep looking until she stares away first, it shows huge confidence. If right after that you start walking towards her and say "Hey you're cute so I wanted to meet you", that shows tremendous confidence.

I do it so many times. There's so much confidence that they get freaked out by it..but in a good way. It's like making eye contact with a wolf and then the wolf suddenly starts coming towards you. You're about to get eaten out girl.
