playfully... it's an IOI if a girl playfully insults you. Being indifferent would make you seem like you're not fun.

what ever you do if it is serious it has to be calibrated with disinterest, if you wanna play it off that you inturpreted it as a joke then you can't show even a hint of emotional reaction, either stare her down with a look that says are you serious then lose interest in her and give your attention to someone else until she re-initiates with something more positive to win your attention, or you could redirect with some sort of off hand comment, like IM DOING... YOUR MOM!!, LOSER!(say loser in mocking tone), or you could just validate her and throw out a hoop that makes her fall into a negative frame if she accepts, say nice one do you get alot of guys with that line??*if you do this one since it is a slightly serious tone calibrate her answer with another IOD* so if qualifies for that last one, say something like oh, i didn't think you did then immidiately change subject before she can react to your negative comment, (and hold the tension without reaction allways)

It would depend, but I would say be playful back to her. Something like, "Not too bad, derp. "
