A girl a know often complains that not enough men are trying to hit on her. She says stuff like "no men here likes me". However, she is usually surrounded by men and I know many guys here are interested in her. I really like this girl but I'm a bit friend-zoned. What would be a good reaction the next time she complains about men not hitting on her. I mean, I could say I like her but this would probably be too direct, right?

It would be direct, but not in a good way since you're taking the bait so to speak. As in, you're only saying it because she's inviting you to. She's expecting you to say something like that to give her a little boost... you can do it, but you can't be all serious, for example "well I do but you're always complaining and it just turns me off... you need to lighten up" or something along those lines. Do it jokingly though... if she takes that kind of comment seriously it won't do you any favours (well it might in the long run, who knows)... but if she knows you're being playful then it should work out nicely. Have some fun with her, flirt and play around, and kiss her just like you would any other girl.

You could also say to her, "are you gonna just stand there and complain or are you gonna do something about it?" That should lead into an interesting conversation...
